B.J. Travers – Service Manager
We’ve relied on the knowledge and experience of B.J. since 1994. He progressed through the successive positions of Electrical Apprentice, Journeyman Electrician, and Electrical Foreman. B.J. has overseen large projects in spaces occupying millions of square feet, conducted in-house training as necessary, and was certified in thermography before being appointed to Service Manager in 2016. He’s responsible for scheduling generator-related training for technicians, assisting with invoicing and material allocation, providing ongoing customer support, and interfacing with Generac. B.J. received in-depth generator training at the highest industrial level from Generac and is certified by the internationally-renowned Electrical Generating Systems Association (ESGA). “I enjoy the challenge of coming up with solutions to support all customer applications and am dedicated to providing excellence in customer service.”
